OVERVIEW

 

The Goalkeeper program is a specially designed structured course for aspiring young goalkeepers. Goalkeeping sessions are designed to be enjoyable learning experiences conducted within a safe, positive and professional environment. Participants will be divided into different categories by age and/or ability level.

  • Strength & Conditioning SAQ
  • Football Development

  • Fitness Assessments
  • Body Fat levels / Skinfold Testing
  • Player evaluation

  • STANDARD: $35 per session
